On being wrong
Every person how much intelligent, insightful and wise may be wrong in his or her speech or writing.
Saying the incorrect, can be the result of not thinking of all aspects, or not putting all of them in your words.
For instance, I am saying that journalists are bad people, and then I am asked, "So, you don't want journalism to exist". It is not sensible if I want such a thing. I have not put enough reason in my words.
In contrast, what I meant from journalists is network of people write the same thing (systematically) in order to make money with no care to be truthful. However, for many people it sounds that I am accusing any individual journalist of dishonesty. Indeed that is not my intention.
Another reason for being wrong can be the fact that we live in this exact moment and see the world from this viewpoint; hence changing in time axis and perspective would have essential change in the way we see the facts and accordingly, what we see as correct. Different individuals from different point of view would see the correct and incorrect as different at least a little bit; likewise, any fact can change throughout the time.
Actually, it is not the facts that vary but the way we see them. Through which lens do we look? Are we getting closer? (That must be perceived as an absolute distance). Sometimes one aspect is more important for an individual, subsequently this person has less value for other aspects. No rule seems to fit here; all we can do is to try to bring in more aspects and have an eye to more ideas.
Consequently, we say and write materials we see as correct or the best account by using all the best ingredients as gathering information, facts and figures, thinking and discussing. However, it may be found inaccurate for some people some day.
